Support Contract Updates

Dear Customers,

We are writing to inform you of upcoming changes in our pricing for managed services. You may be aware that we have not made any pricing adjustments to Managed Support for several years.

We have strived to provide our customers with the best possible services at the most competitive rates. In support of these aims we have absorbed increases in the costs (e.g. minimum wage requirements and cost of living, power and facility rate increases, inflation & Retail Price Index, etc…) associated with the provisioning of our services.

We are introducing these changes so we can continue to deliver our best and invest in the services that you expect from us.

In order to reflect the relevant increase of such costs, and in line with our Terms and Conditions, ISPRIME LLC will revise its charges from 1st February 2019.

What is changing?

From 1st February 2019, monthly price indexation will be applied to all Managed Support agreements. The rate will be variable up to 20% of the prevailing Support Contract MRC and will be applied on the next consecutive invoices.

Other services such as rackspace, hardware, bandwidth and backups are not affected.
