ISPrime's flagship facility, located in Weehawken, New Jersey, is the central core of ISPrime operations.

This carrier-grade facility comes equipped with 200 tons of cooling power, 24/7 armed security, over 12,000 square feet of raised datacenter floor space, fully-redundant power systems with UPS and generator with 24 hours of onsite fuel storage.

Our Weehawken facility is designed to the strictest of standards, all cooling and power systems are designed with redundancy in mind and all systems are emergency systems are tested on a regular basis to ensure they will function properly in the unlikely event of any failure.

Access to the datacenter is strictly controlled, only trained ISPrime datacenter technicians are granted full access. Vehicle access into the facility is controlled by proximity card readers with crashproof gates. Multiple levels of internal security consisting of proximity card readers as well as biometric readers and armed security guards prevent any unauthorized access into the facility. Any outside visitors or technicians are simultaneously escorted and monitored via our closed-circuit television system.

ISPrime's New Jersey facility boasts more than 100 gigabit of internet capacity to handle the most bandwidth-intensive customer applications.

All transit links are kept at a maximum of 50% of capacity, ensuring that even in the highly unlikely event of the failure of multiple simultaneous links your site will continue to function with virtually no degradation of performance.

All aspects of the datacenter environment are closely monitored and controlled. Temperature and humidity are kept within strict standards to ensure proper operation of all of your equipment. In the event of any variance in temperature or humidity in the datacenter notifications are automatically dispatched to our network operations center staff for immediate investigation.
