Security
- ·All of our facilities feature state of the art biometric and keycard systems, as well as 24x7 security, and constant video surveillance.

Conditioned Power
- ·In the event of a utility power outage, all of our datacenters' power systems are designed to run uninterrupted with all servers being fed conditioned UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) power.
- · Our UPS power systems are N+1 redundant, with instantaneous failover if the primary UPS fails.
- · For extended utility power outages, routinely tested, on-site diesel generators can run indefinitely. All facilities have Diesel generators capable of fully powering all customer servers, routers, and cooling systems
Precision Environment
- · All air is circulated and filtered every 90 seconds to remove dust and contaminates.
- · An advanced fire suppression system designed to stop fires from spreading in the unlikely event one should occur.
- · Temperature and humidity is controlled within a tight tolerance of 70 Degrees Farenheit +/- 2 degrees, 45% RH, and constantly monitored by sensors thro.
Core Routing Equipment
- · All routing equipment is housed in a secured core routing room fed by its own redundant power supply, and all routing equipment is configured with a fully redundant hot spare.
- · Fiber carriers enter our facilities through diverse access points to guard against service failure.
